Winnie Chen has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce which she obtained in 2012 from Monash University. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2017.
Winnie practices in most areas of law including criminal, civil, commercial litigation and family.
Outside of work, Winnie volunteers at the Darwin Community Legal Service and Top End Legal Services, as she is dedicated to ensuring the community has access to the legal system.
