Usman Ghani holds a Bachelor of Laws from Central Queensland University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021.
Usman practises in commercial litigation, civil law, criminal law, migration matters and building construction disputes. He regularly represents clients in the Magistrates Court and frequently appears in Victoria’s County Court and Supreme Court.
Usman is also a building practitioner with vast experience in the building industry. Outside of his legal work, Usman is committed to managing and overseeing his building and construction business.
Usman speaks fluent English, Urdu and Punjabi.
