Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Management (Surveying) and subsequently pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Law to qualify as a solicitor. His specialised expertise in real estate and property management equips him to navigate the intricate landscape of property law, which intersects with various other areas of law, including construction, estate, family, and general commercial law.
In 2009, Nathan was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia, and in 2010, he gained admission to the High Court of Australia.
Nathan’s most notable achievement, beyond establishing Nathan White Solicitors, involved instructing a matter that was taken to appeal in the High Court of Australia sitting in Canberra, where he secured a successful outcome. During his leisure time, Nathan indulges in all things related to motoring. Whether it’s driving in the Adelaide Rally, riding his motorbike or scooter, or watching Formula One, football, and cricket, Nathan’s passion for the automotive world shines through. Surprisingly, despite not having a sweet tooth, he is renowned among colleagues for creating the best pavlova. Nathan’s diverse interests extend to sailing, urban rambling, photography, and even learning to play the keyboard (albeit with some room for improvement).
