Laura Campbell

Consulting Principal

Laura Campbell has over 20 years of experience as a dedicated legal advocate. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and has completed the Legal Practice Management course at the College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Western Australia.

Driven by her passion for social justice and fair representation, Laura moved to the Central Desert to assist marginalised Australian communities. She worked as a criminal defence lawyer at the Central Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid Services in Alice Springs, acted as a principal of a law firm, and served as a State Prosecutor at the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Northern Territory.

Due to the breadth of her experience, Laura is particularly skilled at assessing briefs from the perspectives of both a criminal defence lawyer and a prosecutor to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the prosecution’s case. This perspective allows her to obtain the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Laura has demonstrated significant expertise in criminal law, traffic law, family law, children’s court cases, restraining order petitions and WorkSafe matters. Her dedication and comprehensive legal knowledge make her a formidable presence in the courtroom, and a compassionate advocate for her clients.
