Jamie Nuich holds a Bachelor of Laws and Business (Honours), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. Jamie was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2011, and became a nationally accredited mediator in 2016.
Jamie has experience in civil law, commercial law, dispute resolution and mediation, including complex negotiations, startup negotiations and structuring, business disputes, contracts, debt recovery, bankruptcy, insolvency, and consumer law. She also has experience in employment law, domestic building disputes, administrative law and government, privacy law, anti-money laundering/sanctions and commercial property.
Jamie also works with enterprise startups and communities in emerging tech and the digital economy (including blockchain and crypto) and runs seminars for startups to plan crypto launches and seminars for lawyers to understand the future of crypto technologies and the law.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
