Greg Finlay holds a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006 and to the High Court of Australia in 2010.
Greg practices in residential and commercial property conveyancing, business and commercial law, as well as Wills, Powers of Attorney and Business Succession arrangements. Greg also has experience and a special interest in the rural sector, especially in North Queensland and regularly travels to regional areas to meet with clients. Greg also has substantial experience in business structuring, estate or succession planning, franchising law and commercial leasing.
Greg also has experience in employment matters in the public and private sector, including having represented employers and employees in the Fair Work Commission, and employers in the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission having spent four years working in Workplace Relations for the Queensland Government.
In his spare time, Greg is a keen musician, fisherman and camping enthusiast, always looking for that next adventure.
